McKayla Milam’s debut book Still a Virgin for All the Wrong Reasons is her raw, honest, and soul-searching journey of being a young woman torn between the desire to be “the good girl” and not your typical Preacher’s Kid “PK” versus the hidden battles that waged within her heart, body, and mind. This isn’t a purity story wrapped with a pretty little bow—it’s a confession, a testimony, and a declaration of war against the lies that tried to shape her life.

Through the chaos of cultural pressures, sexual violations, and the quiet ache of wanting to be wanted, McKayla remained physically untouched—but not because her heart was clean. This book explores what it really means to walk with Jesus while wrestling with unspoken temptations. It is also for any young person that is longing for identity, love, and acceptance. This book is not just about virginity. It’s about Victory!
